Job description:

MediaX is hiring an AI Manual Tester QA/QC to test AI Products, AI Agents, CMS, Website/App Platforms, Workflow Automation Systems, Data Management Systems, and Internal Tools.

This Manual Tester position is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about product quality. You will work closely with the Product Team, Development Team, PMs, and BAs to test products based on real user flows.

• Understand requirements, business flows, and system workflows.
• Join requirement review sessions to identify risks early.
• Create checklists, test cases, and test scenarios for product features.
• Perform manual testing for Website, App, CMS, Admin Systems, and AI Products.
• Test AI Assistant, AI Agent, and AI Chat flows based on real user scenarios.
• Test functional flows, UI/UX, permissions, roles, data validation, upload, import, and export features.
• Perform responsive testing, cross-browser testing, user flow testing, and dashboard flow testing.
• Perform smoke testing, regression testing, UI testing, and functional testing.
• Report bugs clearly with enough information for Developers to reproduce and fix.
• Retest and verify issues after fixes are completed.
• Check product quality before release.
• Identify issues that affect user experience.
• Work closely with Developers, PMs, and BAs to ensure project progress and product quality.
• Report testing progress, bug status, and project risks.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Manual Tester, QA, or QC.
• Basic understanding of the software development process.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Experience with regression testing and UI testing.
• Ability to understand requirements and business workflows.
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiar with Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Basic knowledge of browser DevTools.
• Basic knowledge of Postman is a plus.
• Experience testing CMS, Admin Systems, or multi-role permission systems is a plus.
• Experience testing AI Chat, AI Agent, or AI Product is a plus.
• Good UI/UX mindset and care for user experience.
• Ability to read English technical documents is a plus.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
